2. Estimates, Pricing & Payments

All estimates are based on information provided by the customer and are subject to change if conditions differ at the time of service.
Additional labor, materials, heavy items, stairs, long carries, or unforeseen conditions may result in additional charges.
Payment is due according to the terms stated on your invoice or service agreement.
Failure to pay may result in service suspension, late fees, or collections as permitted by law.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information regarding your service request
Ensure safe and legal access to service locations
Disclose fragile, high-value, or specialty items in advance
Secure pets, children, and valuables during service
Comply with all building, HOA, or facility rules

Davis Moving & Cleaning is not responsible for delays or damages caused by inaccurate information or unsafe conditions.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Davis Moving & Cleaning’s liability is limited as outlined in the applicable service agreement
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, internal mechanical failures, or items packed by the customer unless otherwise stated
No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Coverage options, if applicable, are outlined in your service agreement.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies, including any applicable fees, are disclosed at the time of booking and/or within your service agreement.

6. Website Use

You agree not to:

Use our website for unlawful purposes
Attempt to disrupt or compromise site functionality
Copy, distribute, or misuse proprietary content
