  • Packing and unpacking services

  • Storage, labor-only, and related logistics services

Specific service details, pricing, scope of work, and exclusions are governed by your individual estimate, invoice, and/or service agreement.


2. Estimates, Pricing & Payments

  • All estimates are based on information provided by the customer and are subject to change if conditions differ at the time of service.

  • Additional labor, materials, heavy items, stairs, long carries, or unforeseen conditions may result in additional charges.

  • Payment is due according to the terms stated on your invoice or service agreement.

  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension, late fees, or collections as permitted by law.


3. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information regarding your service request

  • Ensure safe and legal access to service locations

  • Disclose fragile, high-value, or specialty items in advance

  • Secure pets, children, and valuables during service

  • Comply with all building, HOA, or facility rules

Davis Moving & Cleaning is not responsible for delays or damages caused by inaccurate information or unsafe conditions.


4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Davis Moving & Cleaning’s liability is limited as outlined in the applicable service agreement

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, internal mechanical failures, or items packed by the customer unless otherwise stated

  • No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Coverage options, if applicable, are outlined in your service agreement.


5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies, including any applicable fees, are disclosed at the time of booking and/or within your service agreement.


6. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to disrupt or compromise site functionality

  • Copy, distribute, or misuse proprietary content
